Counselling Services in Vancouver & Online Across Canada

Therapy that supports you in feeling more grounded, connected, and at home within yourself.

Counselling Specializing in Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships & Highly Sensitive People

You might be here because something doesn’t feel quite right.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift, or like you’re carrying more than others can see. You may be someone who feels deeply—who has always been sensitive, thoughtful, or aware—but struggles to feel safe, steady, or fully yourself.

I work with individuals and couples who:

  • Feel anxious, burnt out, or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Identify as highly sensitive (HSP) or neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism)

  • Struggle with self-doubt, body image, disordered eating, perfectionism, or people-pleasing

  • Feel disconnected from themselves, their body, or their relationships

  • Are navigating a life transition, trauma, chronic stress, health issues, or difficult past experiences

  • Want deeper, more meaningful relationships—with themselves and others

  • Are feeling lost or seeking more meaning, purpose and fulfillment in life

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
You just need a willingness to show up.

A Safe Space to Honour the Beautiful Messiness of What it Means to be Human.

My approach to counselling is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you are not broken.

Therapy with me is not overly clinical or about quick fixes. It’s about creating a space where you can feel safe to be fully yourself, understand your patterns without shame, and begin to build a deeper sense of internal grounding and stability. While counselling might not always be comfortable, my hope is that this is a space you actually look forward to being in. A place where you can truly feel at home.

At Home Within, you can expect therapy that is:

Safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, where you can show up exactly as you are
