Fees

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing.
The standard length of a counselling session is 60 minutes, with shorter 30 minute or extended 75-minute sessions available as well.

Home Within follows the BCACC recommended rate for experienced counsellors:

  • Individual Counselling: $165

  • Couples Counselling: $190

Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by e-transfer, cash or any major credit card. Receipts are provided upon payment. Outstanding balances must be settled before your next appointment.

Insurance

Many extended health plans offer partial or full coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Direct billing for certain insurance providers is now available.

A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available upon request.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.


Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.
